- 1 kg Kartoffeln
- 1 Stange Lauch
- 3 große Zwiebeln
- 1 Ei
- 150g Dörrfleisch
- Petersilie
- Muskatnuss
- Majoran
- Salz, Pfeffer
ZUBEREITUNG:
Dörrfleisch in Würfel schneiden, im gusseisernen (wichtig!) Bräter mit ein wenig Fett auslassen. Lauch klein schneiden und kurz mit andünsten. Kartoffeln schälen, reiben und gut ausdrücken. Die Zwiebeln dazureiben und zusammen mit dem einem Ei in den Bräter geben und alles gut vermengen. Mit den Gewürzen kräftig abschmecken.
Im Backofen bei 200 Grad ca. 2 Stunden zugedeckt garen.
1/4 Stunde vor Ende der Garzeit den Deckel abnehmen, um eine knusprige Oberfläche zu bekommen.
Serviervorschlag:
Den Dibbelabbes mit Apfelmus reichen.
Dazu passt am besten: ein kräftiges Bier.
